Guy specialises in corporate acquisitions, disposals and re-organisations and in general commercial and partnership work. Although he advises a number of major corporate clients, many of his clients are family and privately owned businesses and professional services practices, including firms of accountants, surveyors and architects. His extensive management experience with the firm, during a period of unprecedented growth in its size and revenue, makes him particularly experienced, and interested, in professional services organisations.
He is a member of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society and was, for many years, a member of the Institute of Directors.
He was also a contributor to Butterworths' "Partnership for Accountants".
