Theresa advises clients buying, selling and lending on the security of commercial and residential freehold and leasehold property. She also acts on a wide range of landlord and tenant related issues.
She is a member of a range of specialist professional bodies, including the UK Environmental Law Association, the Society of Construction Law and the European Law Association. She has lectured on a range of property related environmental issues. She is a member of the Centre for Women's Intercultural Leadership and the Association of Women Solicitors.
