Andrew acts for wealthy individuals, investors, developers and institutions, including banks and property funds. His skills include advising on funding agreements, options to realise development potential, site assembly, joint ventures between developers and investors, leases, overages, construction and funding. He also acts for several private banks on their secured lending and works closely with the surveyors and tax advisers for property investors in the UK. He acts for landowners and charities on the development of residential and commercial estates both urban and rural, including sensitive issues such as coordinating landowners to site assembly, landfill and waste re-cycling. His clients range from leading UK insurers and quoted property PLCs to high net worth individuals and foreign investors.
