Clare advises individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of personal tax, trust and estate and succession planning issues and is involved in the preparation of wills for both UK-domiciled and non-UK domiciled individuals.
She also has experience in preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Clare is ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2024 and listed in the Spear’s Tax & Trust Advisers Index 2023 and Spear’s 500 2023.
Clare read Music at Oxford University before training to be a Solicitor.
