Lance joined the firm in 2000 and has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with complex probate and estate administration.
This also involves the preparation of all related tax returns and claims during the administration of an estate and provision of a full accountancy service. Other work involves arranging to obtain foreign equivalents of probates, resealing of English grants overseas and resealing here of Commonwealth grants. He also advises in connection with the preparation of deeds of variation and deeds of appointment.
Lance is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx), a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
