Commercial Disputes

Commercial disputes can cover a wide range of subjects.  Our experience matches this breadth and ranges from complex enforcement of rights and performance of contracts to more straightforward debt collection (but often with complicated underlying issues).  We regularly deal with injunctions, freezing orders preventing interference with goods, possession orders regarding property, damages, intellectual property disputes and declarations of meaning in respect of complex documents.

We always consider the possibility of a negotiated settlement and our advice often prevents disputes arising in the first place.

Whatever the dispute, we will always review the strengths and weaknesses of our client's case at the outset and regularly throughout the process.  We are commercially minded and focus on minimising risk and the recoverability of costs.  Tactics and solutions are always our priority.

In The Legal 500 2012 it was said that we are noted for complex litigation, particularly trusts and estates matters and banking and financial disputes.
