COVID-19 Update

"Very professional, experienced and high-quality service" The Legal 500

Coronarivus Update: 23 September 2020

The partners and staff at Payne Hicks Beach recognise what a difficult time this continues to be for everyone, and our first thoughts are with those suffering from this virus, their families and the medical staff and carers looking after them so selflessly.

Following the revised measures announced by the Prime Minister on 22 September, our office at 10 New Square will remain open for staff who cannot work from home and the firm will continue to offer in person meetings for clients who require to meet in person. For those staff who will continue to work remotely. our experience over recent months has demonstrated that we will be able to continue to support you in whatever way you require.  Please do continue to contact us in the normal way - by phone, email and post.  All our contact details are shown on our website and you have the choice to contact the person to whom you wish to speak to either by their direct dial number or via our main switchboard number.

Notwithstanding the challenges of lockdown this year, the firm remains busy and we are delighted to have been able to continue our growth with a number of new hires: Emma Copestake, Martin Paisner CBE, Jessica Henson and Matt Ingham as Partners in the Property, Private Client, Dispute Resolution and Citizenship & Immigration departments respectively, and Sarah Williams as a Legal Director and Head of Fertility, Surrogacy, Adoption & Modern Family in the Family Department.

We will be updating this message from time to time as the situation changes and further Government guidance is provided.
