Head of our Modern Family department features twice in the latest edition of Edward Fennell’s popular Legal Diary

A busy week for modern family law, Sarah Williams, Legal Director and Head of our Modern Family department, features twice in the latest edition of Edward Fennell’s popular Legal Diary.

The Legal Diary reports on Sarah’s success at the Citywealth’s Brand Management & Reputation Awards where she won Best blog/podcast of the Year for spearheading Payne Hicks Beach’s Modern Family Law podcast.

Sarah is also quoted in The Legal Diary, responding to the High Court ruling that widower Ted Jennings should have the right to have a baby using his late wife’s embryo.
