Head of our Family Law Team, Rebecca Cockcroft recently commented for the Daily Telegraph article on the practice of so-called “Bird’s Nest Parenting” whereby children stay in the family home while each of the separated parents move in and out on an alternating basis in an attempt to lessen the impact of the divorce on their children.
