Family Law (Lexis Nexis): Trans man continues his fight to be registered as ‘father’ or ‘parent’ - Emily Foy
Journalist and transgender man, Freddy McConnell, has lost his recent bid to the Court of Appeal to be recognised as “father” or the more gender neutral “parent” on his son’s Birth Certificate, rather than his “mother”. He has announced that he intends to appeal to the Supreme Court.
