Sarah Williams writes for the International Comparative Legal Guide - Family Law 2021
Sarah Williams, Legal Director and Head of Surrogacy, Fertility, Adoption & Modern Family in the leading Family department at Payne Hicks Beach, is a contributing author of the recently published International Comparative Legal Guide - Family Law 2021. In her chapter "Surrogacy: Where are we Now?" she discusses the historical context of surrogacy in the UK, the case of X, Re  EWFC 39 and, in conclusion, provides her expert final observations, first published in ICLG - Family Law 2021 on 28 August 2020 and reproduced with kind permission.
