The Queen’s speech – Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent Bill)

Commentary by Scott Goldstein, Partner in the Dispute Resolution department and property litigation specialist at Payne Hicks Beach, on one of the new pieces of legislation in the Queen’s speech – the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent Bill). It appears to apply only to new, long residential leaseholds, however, Scott comments all may not be lost for existing leaseholders.
