Payne Hicks Beach announces key promotions
Leading central London Law Firm, Payne Hicks Beach, is pleased to announce four key promotions at the firm, effective 1 June 2020.
Emily, who joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2017 as a solicitor in Dispute Resolution, has experience in a broad range of disputes which have reached various stages of the litigation process, including mediation and trial. She focuses on commercial litigation, contentious trust and probate disputes and advises both individuals and corporates.
Clarissa joined the firm’s Private Client department following the completion of her training contract with the firm in 2015. She advises individuals, families and trustees on personal tax, trust and estate and succession planning issues; including will planning, contentious trust and estate work, landed estate and heritage property matters - as well as preparing and registering Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Isabella also completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying in 2016. Isabella advises clients on a wide range of Family law matters (contentious and non-contentious); including, financial remedies applications on relationship breakdown, private children and leave to remove applications. Isabella’s cases often include an international dimension and involve complex financial arrangements.
Nic has been a member of the Tax, Trust and Probate team since 2014, having joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2012. He specialises in the administration, taxation and accountancy for large family trusts and charities. Nic is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is currently studying for the final exams of the Association of Taxation technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation pathway.
