Payne Hicks Beach’s Property Department further strengthened by new recruit
Leading central London law firm Payne Hicks Beach is pleased to announce the appointment of Penny Miller as an Assistant Solicitor in the Property Department. Penny joins the firm from Underwood & Co LLP where she trained and subsequently qualified in 2016. Her appointment is effective from 8 January 2018.
Penny has expertise in a breadth of commercial property matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals to leasehold agreements and refinancing matters. In addition, Penny acts for private investors and businesses on the sale and purchase of high-value residential real estate.
The Property Department has, under the guidance of the Head of Department, Andrew Berry, had a good year and its recent growth in high value instructions justifies the addition of another solicitor at this level to support the existing team.
Alastair Murdie, Senior Partner at Payne Hicks Beach, comments:
“We are pleased to welcome Penny Miller to our Property Department. At Payne Hicks Beach we are committed to attracting and nurturing talent, both through external recruitment and internal promotions, which play a fundamental role in strengthening the firm.”
