Payne Hicks Beach advised a leading, London-based model agency on a reorganisation, involving the streamlining of the management of its Men’s Division and the sale of a 25% shareholder’s shares to two existing shareholders following completion of the pre-emption procedure provided for in the Company’s Articles of Association.
