Beth advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law issues arising during cohabitation, in contemplation of marriage and on divorce or dissolution. This includes pre and post nuptial agreements, financial remedy proceedings and arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown.
Before joining Payne Hicks Beach, Beth was a pupil barrister at leading family law chambers 29 Bedford Row.
Before that, Beth worked as a Judicial Assistant to King LJ and Moylan LJ, two specialist family judges at the Court of Appeal.
Beth read Law at the University of Oxford (BA and BCL).
Called to the bar 2017, joined Payne Hicks Beach 2019.
