Daisy has specific experience of complex financial disputes on the breakdown of a relationship, including international matters and those involving trusts.

Daisy works with clients to resolve the arrangements for their children, including where one parent wishes to relocate. She has experience of matters with a complex factual make-up, and those with a public law element.

Daisy advises on non-contentious matters such as nuptial and cohabitation agreements, which are gaining increased legal recognition in this jurisdiction.

As a member of Resolution, Daisy strives to establish constructive and non-confrontational solutions to all family matters. She works with clients to find the route to resolution that best fits their circumstances, including via mediation, roundtable meetings, private hearings and arbitration, as well as more traditional court litigation.

After completing her undergraduate degree at Pembroke College, Oxford University, Daisy trained at Payne Hicks Beach. She rejoined the firm as an Associate in July 2019 after gaining experience at top-ranked London family practices.
