He advises on all aspects of rural property, including sales and purchases, and has wide experience of advising on landlord and tenant issues, agricultural tenancies, restrictive covenants, easements, unregistered land, farming partnerships, common land, sporting rights, alternative energy, minerals and landfill, telecommunications masts, and diversification.
Jeremy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
