John joined the firm in 2019 and deals with complex probate and estate administration including inheritance tax reporting and compliance, business and agricultural property relief claims and enquiries. He became Probate Director in June 2023.
This may involve dealing with foreign aspects, the re-sealing of grants of probate, deeds of variation, and the preparation of deeds of appointment.
John is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, an Accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and is an affiliated member of STEP and passed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients with distinction.
