Matthew deals with all aspects of trust taxation, accounting and administration and helps trustees with their fiduciary duties.
He has over 25 years of experience of advising settlors, trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust management and taxation, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax and taxation of trust income.
Matthew joined Payne Hicks Beach in February 2022, and has been working in trust taxation, accounting and administration since 1997. He gained most of his experience working at Crowe LLP for 11 years, a London based top 20 accountancy firm. In 2011 he decided to move into the legal profession and joined Withers LLP. During his career he has headed up a family office and administered multi-million pound charitable trusts.
