Rebecca has a particular focus on disputes and court applications in relation to trusts, wills, tax planning and the administration of estates, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She is a member of ConTrA (the Contentious Trusts Association). Rebecca also has experience in conducting tax appeals against HMRC before the tax tribunals.
Rebecca’s practice also covers the commercial litigation sphere, including claims for breach of contract, professional negligence and fraudulent misrepresentation.
Rebecca read English at the University of Exeter. After completing her training contract with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Rebecca worked in their Private Client team as an associate before joining Payne Hicks Beach in 2020.
Qualified March 2017, joined Payne Hicks Beach 2020.
