She has acted in a wide range of claims including company/shareholder disputes, fraud, breach of directors’ duties, contentious insolvency and professional negligence.
Camilla has worked on matters involving cross-border elements including the application of foreign law in proceedings brought in the English High Court and bringing claims against ‒ and on behalf of ‒ complex international holding structures.
She regularly has conduct of proceedings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal, and is familiar with all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration.
