In the course of 35 years dealing with commercial real estate transactions, Paul has acquired a significant breadth and depth of experience and expertise in the field.
He has represented clients on their occupational premises, development sites and investment properties. This has involved advising on the full spectrum of types of premises including offices, retail premises, hotels, hospitals and care homes, art galleries and industrial sites. Paul also has extensive experience of residential and rural property and advising on mixed use sites.
His clients encompass private clients, listed and privately owned companies and financial institutions as well as charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
In recent years clients have included a Government-funded grant-making body, two F1 racing teams, a major landed estate, a global bank and various luxury brands on their Bond Street premises.
Paul was an equity partner at Withers for 26 years and for half of that time was head of the international real estate team.
