Long Covid in the workplace – James Townsend for GBNews

Employment Law Expert and Co-Head of the Employment Team, James Townsend featured on GBNews Breakfast on Friday 11 November 2022.

James discussed how the 2.1 million people in the UK currently suffering with Long Covid (as recognised by ONS 2022) are impacting and changing the workplace. James informs businesses that some sufferers with Long Covid might be considered disabled within the meaning of relevant legislation.
