No fault divorce delay – disappointing but not surprising say UK family lawyers

The UK’s Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has delayed the introduction of no fault divorce legislation from autumn 2021 to 6 April 2022. This is of no surprise to UK divorce lawyers but hugely disappointing for separating couples.
