ConTrA’s 2021 Programme: how to remove an executor

Charlotte Henshall, Associate in the Dispute Resolution department and specialist contentious trusts lawyer, was a panel member at the ConTrA “How to: remove an executor” virtual seminar on 20 May 2021. Charlotte was joined by Rose Fetherstonhaugh of 5 Stone Buildings and Andrew Holden of XXIV Old Buildings where they discussed topics such as whether executors should always just agree to step down, what happens when beneficiaries disagree, and what role misconduct plays.
