In the media: Family Law expert Simon Beccle widely quoted regarding 6 April’s No Fault Divorce introduction.

The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 is the first change in divorce law in fifty years. Payne Hicks Beach family Law expert Simon Beccle acted for Tini Owens in the Owens v Owens case which was the catalyst for this reform.
