In the media: Family Law expert Simon Beccle widely quoted regarding 6 April’s No Fault Divorce introduction.

The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 is the first change in divorce law in fifty years. Payne Hicks Beach family Law expert Simon Beccle acted for Tini Owens in the Owens v Owens case which was the catalyst for this reform. His latest comments on the modernisation of the divorce law have featured in over 320 articles in the last week, including in The Times, The Independent, The Daily Mail, New Law Journal, and Joshua Rozenberg’s blog.
