Comments by Simon Beccle, Partner in the Family department at Payne Hicks Beach feature in the article on the anticipated rise in divorce cases following the introduction of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill which comes into effect in April.  Simon acted for Tini Owens in her unsuccessful divorce appeal to the Supreme Court in 2018 and which provided the catalyst for the change in legislation.
