
Amelia is a Paralegal in the Citizenship & Immigration Department.
Amelia assists the team with a wide range of non-contentious and contentious immigration matters, including complex British citizenship and UK immigration applications. Since joining Payne Hicks Beach Amelia has developed her knowledge and gained extensive experience of family, Global Talent, work visas (from entry clearance to settlement applications), as well as UK visit visas, and applications for naturalisation and registration as a British citizen.
Amelia has a degree in Religion Philosophy and Ethics from King’s College London and an LLM in Legal Practice from the University of Law with distinction, she has also obtained both Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE 1 & 2). Amelia developed her interest in Immigration Law at university where she focused in particular on issues concerning government asylum policy and deportation.
