Hannah has experience across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including the sale and purchase of companies and assets, company incorporation and structuring, shareholder arrangements, and advising upon a wide variety of commercial agreements across many different industry sectors. Hannah advises a broad range of clients, including entrepreneurs, start-ups and private companies of all sizes.
Hannah read Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield before completing the GDL and LPC (both with distinction). Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2023. She is also a member of AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers.
