Jonathan is the Head of Legal Practice and directs the Risk and Compliance team. Amongst other things, he is the firm’s Complaints Partner, Insurance Distribution Officer and Data Protection Officer.
His role includes identifying and managing risk and ensuring that the firm properly discharges its various legal and regulatory responsibilities. He has a particular interest in anti-money laundering, financial sanctions, data protection and the relevant codes of conduct.
He qualified as a solicitor in the late 1990s and previously worked as a litigator.
Jonathan graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Modern Languages and also has a degree in Law.
