We also work with professionals such as solicitors, accountants, surveyors, doctors and psychiatrists. In addition to issues relating to duties owed to clients, we also deal with investigations and inquiries held by professional bodies concerning the conduct of professional members.
Our experience is based on an understanding of complex issues arising in this area including procedural matters, the need for independent expert evidence and issues such as causation and quantum of damages (if any).
We also deal with other regulatory matters such as statutory duties on estate agents including prosecutions and investigations by the Office of Fair Trading or the Property Ombudsman.
