Hanna and Mark shared some of the advice they may give to clients facing direct and indirect attacks by malicious actors online. Topics ranged from defamation to deepfakes, with the panel responding to questions on a variety of online issues – including manipulation of share prices, false endorsements and malicious online attacks.
The discussion spilled over to the proceeding drinks and nibbles, hosted by members of the Dispute Resolution Team. Attendees were keen to describe the event as “topical” and “informative” with one praising the “thought leadership” in this area.
