Henry is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team and advises in respect of both civil and criminal matters.

He acts for both individuals and corporate clients in respect of investigations by the full range of UK authorities and regulators. These include investigations into bribery and corruption, money laundering, competition law and allegations of fraud. Henry’s practice extents to advising corporate clients in respect of compliance programmes. He also advises individuals in respect of police investigations and criminal prosecutions.

 

Henry also has experience in large-scale, complex multi-jurisdictional litigation in the Business and Property Courts and Court of Appeal. He has an expertise in the day to day functioning of the London civil law courts and has appeared before Masters of the High Court.

Henry is recommended in The Legal 500 UK 2024 and is described as “one to watch”.

Qualified 2020, joined Payne Hicks Beach 2022.
