Just over a year on from the Modern Family event hosted by Payne Hicks Beach, Sarah Williams, Partner, co-authored a piece published in the latest edition of International Family Law Journal (LexisNexis UK): Transgender matters and family law. The article, in two parts, studies the comparative approaches across Europe to transgender matters. In collaboration with the speakers at the Modern Family event in 2022 Sarah writes about UK law while Delphine Eskenazi takes on French law.
