Why HNW individuals are at risk from abuse of Interpol Red Notices – Matt Ingham for Spear’s

Partner in our Citizenship and Immigration Team, Matt Ingham, recently spoke to Spear’s about high-net-worth individuals being victimised by Interpol by way of Red Notices – designed to alert police worldwide to internationally wanted fugitives.

Matt explains that such notices “are picked up by global compliance search engines curtailing banking relationships very quickly”.
