Elizabeth is an Associate in the Employment Team. Elizabeth advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, for both employers and employees.

Her work for employers includes advising on day-to-day HR issues, providing training on disciplinary/grievance processes, drafting policies and contracts of employment, providing strategic advice on restructuring and TUPE transfers, drafting pleadings and applications for complex claims in the Employment Tribunal, and assisting with High Court litigation.

 

Elizabeth regularly acts alongside Peter McRoberts, Chris Weaver and George Clough for senior executives in tech, law, luxury and lifestyle, and financial services. She has advised C-suite individuals and partners in limited liability partnerships.

For individuals, Elizabeth has experience negotiating favourable exits, in particular where they have health-related issues or where there is a reputational or regulatory angle. She advises on potential or actual disputes, and assists in high-value settlement negotiations, mediations, and Employment Tribunal litigation.

Elizabeth read Law and English at the University of Cambridge before completing her LLM and LPC at BPP Law School, achieving distinctions in both. Elizabeth joined the firm as a trainee in 2023, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2025.
