Shivani is an Associate in the family department and advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law matters arising during cohabitation, in contemplation of marriage and on the breakdown of a marriage.
Her work covers all areas of family law including financial remedy matters, enforcement action, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private children disputes. Shivani has extensive experience in a wide range of high-value cases involving international or cross-border elements as well as complex asset structures and trusts.
Shivani read Law at the University of Bristol before achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. Following the completion of her Legal Practice Course, she completed her training contract with a top tier law firm and qualified as a solicitor in October 2022. On qualification, Shivani joined Payne Hicks Beach.
