Clarissa advises individuals, families and trustees on a range of personal tax, trust and estate and succession planning issues and is involved in the preparation of wills for both UK-domiciled and non-UK domiciled individuals.
She also assists with contentious trust and estate work, and landed estates and heritage property matters. She has experience in preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Clarissa read Psychology at Bath University.
Clarissa completed her training contract with Payne Hicks Beach and joined the Private Client department on qualification.
Qualified 2015, joined Payne Hicks Beach 2013, promoted to senior associate 2020.
