Hanna Basha, Privacy and Media Partner, Payne Hicks Beach writes for The Times today on why politicians need to be wary of making public statements that could provoke media scrutiny, even on private matters such as health records.

Looking specifically at Keir Starmer’s recent claims that he has never, will never use private health care over the NHS, Hanna explains why some expectations on privacy, might not be upheld in every situation.
