Frequently Asked Questions
The most common way to obtain British citizenship is through a process called Naturalisation. In most cases this requires 6 years of residence in the UK, 5 years to obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain and then holding Indefinite Leave to Remain for 12 months before applying. We have an established track record of submitting successful applications often with complex issues. This includes applications for Naturalisation, nationality tracing and revocation of British citizenship.
Other options that may be appropriate are the Global Talent, Skilled Worker and Innovator Founder categories. The UK does not currently offer an Investor scheme, following the closure of the Tier 1 (Investor) route in 2022.
