Amanda Jardine-Viner is an Associate in the Private Client team, advising executors, personal representatives and families on probate, estate administration and private wealth matters. She specialises in non-contentious probate, supporting UK based and international clients through every stage of the estate administration process with clarity and sensitivity. Amanda also has experience in estate and tax planning, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, providing practical and tailored advice to help clients manage personal and family affairs effectively.

Qualifications & Accreditations
Amanda was admitted as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in October 2024. She completed the LLM (Qualifying Law Degree) at Birkbeck College, University of London and gained an MSc in Law, Business and Management that shecompleted alongside the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. n. Amanda holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Reading and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Keele University. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she enjoyed a distinguished 19-year career in education.
