Rachel is in an Associate in the Family Department.
Rachel advises clients in relation to the full breadth family law issues which may arise on their divorce and separation, including issues relating to children and their arrangements. This includes jurisdiction disputes, child arrangements, financial provision for a child in the case of unmarried partners, the division of finances upon divorce and allegations of domestic abuse.
Having litigated in courts both inside and outside of London, Rachel also helps clients resolve their disputes voluntarily, through non-court dispute resolution including via arbitration, mediation and private FDRs. Her caseload is focussed on HNW and UHNW clients, usually involving complex asset structures and international jurisdictions.
She has expertise advising on pre-nuptial agreements and first-hand knowledge into how these are treated under English law when drafted with the intention of ring-fencing trust and inherited assets.
Rachel is ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2026 and noted for being “thorough and supportive and good with clients.”
Rachel is shortlisted for Family Lawyer of the Year – Associate at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2025.
She read History at University College London before completing her training contract at Payne Hicks Beach, gaining vital experience in the Citizenship & Immigration and Private Client departments (as well as Family). She qualified into the Family department as a solicitor in 2023, where she works closely with renowned partners, including The Baroness Shackleton of Belgravia, Ben Parry-Smith, Victoria Hingston and Harriet Errington.
