Sophie is an Associate in the Landed Estates and Agriculture team.
Sophie has experience advising on a range of rural property matters including sales, purchases and overage agreements. She has also advised on complex Biodiversity Net Gain and Natural Capital transactions.
Before joining Payne Hicks Beach in October 2025, Sophie trained at Russell-Cooke LLP.
Sophie graduated with First Class Honours in Geography from King’s College London before completing her MA Law (SQE) at the University of Law.
