We acted for the Prospective Adopters in this case where the judge was faced with determining whether the young toddler concerned should be returned to live with the birth parents or should be adopted.
We were successful in securing our client’s relationship with the child through adoption in circumstances where the child had been living with our clients for a considerable period of time and where the birth parents relationship was marred by domestic abuse.
