“The time has come to make prenups fully enforceable”

Sir Robert Buckland KC offers his opinion in The Times today on the growing trend of pre-nuptial agreements.

The article has been linked below with kind permission.

“More than 60% of people polled that are planning to propose this year will consider a prenup as part of wedding planning, according to a YouGov national survey.”

This survey was carried out in partnership between YouGov and Payne Hicks Beach.

At Payne Hicks Beach we have a team of family lawyers on hand to support and protect you through the negotiation and preparation of pre-nuptial agreements (“PNAs”). Clients are advised to give thought to the terms of a PNA well in advance of their marriage.  This provides for peace of mind and the ability to focus upon the celebration of their marriage. We offer complete discretion and confidentiality throughout the process and have extensive experience in acting for both domestic and international clients who wish to protect their assets whilst entering into marriage.
