Capucine is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department.
She has experience advising both corporate and private clients in a range of contentious disputes and investigations by UK regulators. In disputes, she specialises in civil/commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial services, sanctions and AML concerns, bribery and fraud allegations, and shareholder disputes.
Capucine founded the Junior Women in Law network in May 2022.
Capucine graduated from the University of Bristol with first class honours in Music and Italian. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2025.
Capucine is fluent in French.
