Eleanor is an Associate in the Corporate team
She advises businesses and individuals across a wide range of sectors on general and bespoke corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, company incorporations, and corporate structuring. Eleanor has a particular interest in acting for both buyers and sellers on share purchase transactions.
Eleanor joined Payne Hicks Beach in early 2026. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2024, having completed her training contract at Cripps LLP, where she remained for a further 18 months post qualification. Eleanor studied Law at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2021, and subsequently completed her LPC MSc at The University of Law, Moorgate, in 2022.
Eleanor enjoys supporting clients through transactions from initial structuring through to completion. She works closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver clear, commercially driven advice and is committed to, and enjoys, building long term client relationships.
