Emily Thorne is an Associate in the Family Department.
Emily advises in all areas of private family law, including financial remedy proceedings, children matters and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Her cases often involve complex asset structures and have an international element.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Emily completed her training contract at Sears Tooth and qualified as solicitor in May 2025. She joined Payne Hicks Beach in August 2026.
Emily studied Law at the University of Exeter and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
