Emma is a Consultant who specialises in charities and philanthropy.

Her practice involves advising on all aspects of the life of a charity, including structuring, establishment, governance and operations.

She focuses on supporting clients with their philanthropic ambitions, charity registrations, grant making, mergers, collaborations and restructuring, projects and contracts, constitutional issues and fundraising. She has acted as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients from small charitable trusts to household-name national and international charities as well as family offices and philanthropists.

Emma trained and worked at Withers for 18 years, qualifying in 2009. In 2016 she was listed in the top 25 advisors under 35 by Charity Finance Magazine. She joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2026.
